Sóstógyógyfürdő, Hungary

Natalie Forrester exhibited a local presentation of selected Colours of Ulysses artworks at TéR Központ, including recently completed works from Episodes IV and V of James Joyce’s Ulysses. The exhibition brought together pages from the project’s developing middle section, showing the movement from Bloom’s entrance in Calypso into the drifting, sensual atmosphere of Lotus Eaters.

Zempléni Fesztivál

Natalie Forrester was invited to exhibit selected Colours of Ulysses artworks as part of the Zempléni Fesztivál in Tarcal, Hungary. The exhibition marked her participation as the first non-Hungarian artist nominated for the festival by Doba István, who also generously offered his gallery space for the presentation of the work.

Bloomsday Brunch 2023 · Ambassador's Residence

Natalie Forrester exhibited COU 001–027, the complete first episode of Colours of Ulysses, at the Irish Ambassador’s Residence in Budapest as part of the 2023 Bloomsday Brunch celebrations hosted by former Ambassador Ronan Gargan and his wife, Michelle. The exhibition marked the first and final time all 27 artworks from Episode 1 — Telemachus — were shown together, before several works entered private collections.

St. Brigid's Day 2023

Natalie Forrester was selected by the Embassy of Ireland to exhibit her work as part of the first St Brigid’s Day celebrations in Budapest. Invited by Ambassador Ronan Gargan, Natalie took part in a three-woman exhibition at The Space Gallery, presented as part of the Embassy of Ireland’s global programme celebrating creative women.
